Is using a diaper service sanitary?

Yes.  We use an 8 step process to lauder the diapers.  They are washed at a temperature to kill all bacteria and sanitized.  We use clean-rinsing, natural detergents.  You can rest assured that you baby will be safe using our diapers.

Will I receive the same diapers back each week?

For the most part, yes.  Your diapers are washed as a separate load, and are counted when clean.  Stained or damaged diapers will be replaced, and the rest will continue in your rotation.

I am running out of diapers before my delivery.  Is there a charge for extras?

There is no charge for extra diapers in most cases.  Simply give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  There is no need to wash our diapers yourself.

Will you wash my covers, fitteds, and all-in-ones?

We will wash anything you would like that is diaper related.  Please bag items other than prefolds, wipes, and rentable covers separately.  Any items that are rented will stay in a rotation (if you have 6 rented covers, you will always have at least 6 covers at home).  Items such as fitteds and all-in-ones are laundered and returned at your next delivery.

What if I am going on vacation?

We can suspend your service until you return.  Just let us know a few days before you leave.  If you are on a monthly payment schedule, your amount will be prorated for the month.  You may take your diapers with you if you will be returning within 10 days.  If you need a few extra, please let us know two weeks in advance.

Is there a discount for twins or multiple children?

Yes!  Twins, Siblings, and child care providers receive a 20% discount.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, you may cancel at any time.  Simply let us know before your last delivery and we will pick up all diapers and bags.  There will be a charge for each diaper not returned.

Is there a set-up fee?

No, we do not require a set-up fee.  We offer several different packages to suit your individual needs, and also offer items for purchase.  While some services require a set-up fee and include some extra basic items, we prefer to allow the customer to choose exactly what they need. 

What if I want to launder my own diapers?

We have a full inventory of everything you will need, including detergent.  We offer a free in-home consultation with a minimum $100 purchase where we will show you exactly how to use and care for the diapers of your choosing.  We also offer a starter package for $59.00, complete with care and use instructions for those that want to try cloth without a big investment.   There are several packages available to provide occasional support for those who wash at home.

Can I purchase some diapers for personal use such as cleaning rags?

Yes, we do sell diapers for your own personal use upon availability.

My city is not listed in your current service zone.  Can I use your service?

We require at least 10 customers in an area in order to start service.  Let us know if you are interested as we keep a list of interested clients in new zones.  When we have 10, we are ready to go.  Remember our referral bonuses!  Spread the word about cloth diapers!

My child is in daycare.  Can I use cloth diapers?

Talk to your daycare.  If they are willing, we can teach them how to use our diapers.  If they are close to your home, we can deliver part of your order to them if you wish.  Daycares in the Rockwall area are eligible for complete diaper service with daily pick-up.
